Which AI helps SMEs in Aargau with email?

How do I answer quote requests faster?
Tefib reads the enquiry, pulls in your price list, customer data and calendar, and drafts the reply and quote. You review and send. Quotes go out while the enquiry is still fresh, not in the evening.
Is there an email assistant whose data stays in Switzerland?
Yes. With Tefib, application, database and specialised models run on Azure in Zurich (Switzerland North). No training of AI models on your emails or documents. Sign-in with Microsoft or Google, only the permissions you grant.
How is Tefib different from Microsoft Copilot, Fyxer or Superhuman?
We only describe Tefib here, not other vendors' products. Three things make the difference. Learning: Tefib knows your company profile, documents and customers. Hardly any instructions needed. Prediction: when a request comes in, the draft is already there, with your prices, as a quote or with a free slot from your calendar. Self-correction: every edit you make shapes the next draft, without you writing rules. Quotes, invoices and calendar dock onto your existing systems as modules via APIs. Your data does not leave Switzerland, and by default nothing is sent until you click. We are happy to show you on your own emails whether that fits you.
Do I have to keep giving the AI instructions?
Hardly. Tefib knows your company, documents and customers from the company profile and your files. Normal emails need no prompt: the draft is already there. You correct where needed, and each correction makes the next prediction more accurate (tone, wording, priorities). For special jobs, such as an outreach campaign, you say in one sentence what you want.
Are our emails used for AI training?
No. Your emails and documents are not used to train AI models. The product learns from your draft corrections, separate from training the base models.
What does Tefib do when information is missing?
It doesn't make things up. If something is missing, Tefib marks the gap in the draft or suggests suitable values, for example free slots from your calendar. One tap inserts the value. Answers rest on your documents, with a source. Nothing is sent before your click.
Where is the data stored?
Application, database and AI run on Microsoft Azure in Zurich (Switzerland North). Your data does not leave Switzerland.
Does Tefib work with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?
Yes. Tefib connects to your mailbox (Outlook with Exchange Online, or Gmail) and to Outlook or Google Calendar. No install; a current browser is enough.
Does Tefib send emails on its own?
By default no: only after your click. In fully autonomous mode Tefib handles replies and workflows itself. You decide what may run autonomously and stay in control.
Can Tefib filter spam and set priorities?
Yes. Tefib filters spam and decides which emails need a reply (Open · No reply needed · Sent), in Outlook and Gmail.
Does Tefib also create quotes, invoices and orders?
Yes. From customer data and your templates, at the push of a button, including parts orders to suppliers. Other systems dock on modularly via integrations.
